Thank you for visiting a Sharee design! Each item for sale is handmade by me in my studio. My intention is to make and sell only creations that I personally love and would use myself.

TAX

Minnesota residents pay 6.875% sales tax which will be automatically added to your total amount due.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

US orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail Service within 1 business day after payment clears. Packages typically arrive in 3-5 days. If you prefer another shipping method, please let me know and I will send you a shipping quote. All US packages ship for a $3.00 flat rate, regardless of how many items you purchase!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For orders to Canada and Everywhere else I ship via International First Class Mail. Delivery time varies and can take from one week to 4 weeks. If you would like to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail or would like insurance for your package please contact me. I can not be responsible for packages lost in the mail. Any customs fees incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please send me a note and I will give you a shipping quote!

REFUNDS or EXCHANGES

Most of all, I want you to be happy with your purchase! 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact me. I will work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases an item may be returned within 5 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping costs. Please contact me first before returning an item so we can discuss the details. Purchase must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
 

There will be no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
